Marinaded BBQ Chicken

Who wants to spend hours cooking dinner on a weeknight? Here’s a great recipe for a marinade that you can make up real quick, let your chicken sit in it during the work day, come home and throw it on the BBQ. It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and the final result is just amazing. You can also use it on beef or pork as well.   • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper


  1. Whisk together the brown sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and pepper until the sugar has dissolved.
